300 Person Capacity

  • Comfortably seat around 150 people, with flexible seating arrangements

  • Maximum of 300 people, with need for full flip between ceremony & reception

  • Ceremony hall, restrooms, caterer’s warming kitchen, bride & groom getting ready rooms & office space for wedding planner/clergy all within the same building.

Thoughtful Design

  • Beautifully appointed Bride & Groom dressing areas

  • Reclaimed barn wood from the original horse barn on the property, wood beams, bronze accents, polished heated concrete floors are a few of the rustic, yet upscale design choices.

Tech Ready

  • The benefit of building from scratch is that it will have all the luxury of '“modern tech” built-in, including lighting, sound, audio and video capabilities!
