  • We plan to open for events in March 2026! We are currently booking for 2026! We can offer a tour, however we still are under construction, and a liability waiver will be required. We can also offer a video tour as well.

  • We are located in the Summit area of Puyallup, WA. We are very close to the 512 exit, on Canyon Rd.

  • First, take a look at our online calendar. We do our best to keep that as up to date as possible! To secure the date a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. 90 day before your event, the remaining balance is due.

  • We have 114 paved parking spaces. In addition, we have 10 spots for vendors, etc.

  • To ensure your event runs smoothly and seamlessly, we require a day-of coordinator to manage logistics, coordinate with vendors, and handle any unexpected issues. This allows you and your guests to fully enjoy the day without stress. You may hire your own day-of coordinator or choose one from our trusted list of coordinators familiar with our venue.

  • We require event insurance with a minimum $2 million liability policy to ensure the safety and protection of all guests, staff, and the venue itself. This coverage helps safeguard against unforeseen incidents, such as property damage or injuries, during your event. The $2 million policy is a standard industry requirement for venues in Pierce County, providing comprehensive protection for both you and our facility. Please contact your insurance provider to obtain this coverage, and feel free to reach out to us with any questions about the process.

  • To host an event at our venue, you must obtain event liability insurance with a minimum $2 million policy to cover potential damages or injuries. Here’s how to get it:

    1. Contact an Insurance Provider: Reach out to a licensed insurance agent or company offering event insurance, such as The Event Helper, WedSafe, or your existing homeowner’s or renter’s insurance provider.

    2. Specify Event Details: Provide the date, guest count, and type of event (e.g., wedding, reception). Mention that our venue requires a $2 million general liability policy.

    3. Request a Certificate of Insurance (COI): Ensure the policy names our venue as an additional insured and request a COI to submit to us before your event.

    4. Include Liquor Liability (if applicable): If alcohol will be served, confirm the policy includes host liquor liability coverage, as required for events with alcohol under Washington State regulations.

    5. Submit to Us: Send the COI to our team at least [insert timeframe, e.g., 30 days] before your event.

    Costs typically range from $100–$300 for a one-day event, depending on the provider and event specifics.

  • Yes, please visit our weddings or events pages and click the link to schedule a tour. We are not open to the public, except during open houses. Sign-up for updates to receive news about open houses. Otherwise reach out for a private tour!

  • Beer & wine permitted for couple to provide.

    Hard alcohol is permitted at our venue when served by a professional bartender with a valid license.

    A Banquet Permit from the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board is required, whether you provide your own or hire a professional.

    In addition, be sure your event insurance includes alcohol coverage.

  • We love animals, but for the safety and comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted at our venue. However, we gladly welcome service animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

  • Yes, you may select a caterer of your choice, provided they are a licensed professional with a valid Washington State Food Business Permit. This ensures all food is prepared and handled safely in compliance with Pierce County health regulations. Please provide proof of your caterer’s license prior to your event.

  • For the safety of all guests and to comply with Pierce County health regulations, we require that all food served at our venue be prepared by a licensed caterer with a valid Washington State Food Business Permit. Licensed caterers ensure proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards are met. Please provide us with your caterer’s permit details prior to your event.   • Our kitchen is designated as a catering warming kitchen only and is not a commercial kitchen. Licensed caterers may use it to warm, assemble, or serve food, but full food preparation must occur off-site at a licensed commercial kitchen to comply with Pierce County health regulations. Please ensure your caterer has a valid Washington State Food Business Permit and contact us with any questions about kitchen use or recommended caterers.

  • Yes, you may bring your own drinks, snacks, and prepared foods to serve during set-up & getting ready time. No cooking permitted. Beer & wine is permitted if you have a Banquet permit.

  • Beyond the buildings many offerings, we supply tables and chairs, trash bags/cans and all papers for bathrooms. Some decor items are available for additional charge.

  • Our preferred methods are cash or check, but can also accept credit cards. A 3% charge applies to credit cards.

  • To ensure the safety of all guests, protect our property, and comply with Pierce County regulations, the following items are not allowed at our venue:

    • Fireworks, sparklers, or open flames (except approved enclosed candles)

    • Illegal substances

    • Confetti, glitter, or non-biodegradable decorations

    • Smoke machines or foggers

    • Pets (except ADA-compliant service animals)

    • Unapproved cooking or heating devices (e.g., grills, hot plates)

    • Excessive noise devices (e.g., air horns)

    • Adhesives or decorations that may damage surfaces (e.g., tape, nails)
